How We Work
At Millpond we solve most childhood sleep problems in 4 to 6 weeks
Children need to fall asleep and stay asleep on their own. Using the latest sleep techniques and gentle persuasive methods we will show you how to establish and sustain good sleep patterns that will stay with your child for life. We are confident that we can help to solve the majority of child and baby sleep problems within 4 to 6 weeks.
A variety of problems, infinite solutions
Most children experience a range of sleep problems throughout their childhood. Those listed below are the sorts of problems we encounter daily. However Millpond is different because each solution we develop is unique to your child, your family and your environment.
Common problems include those where children:
- need the breast or a bottle feed to get them to sleep
- are babies over six months or young children who continue to wake for a feed during the night
- need to be rocked to sleep
- need a parent in the bed to go off to sleep
- can only sleep in their parent’s bed
- can only fall asleep on the sofa
- refuse to go to bed
- refuse to stay in bed
- wake during the night
- wake early in the morning
