Our Young Baby Consultation

Whilst we would not expect babies under four months old to sleep right through the night, this one off consultation will give you the opportunity to discuss how to encourage good sleep habits early on, understand sleep patterns and their development and start getting your baby into a schedule early on.

It includes:

• An initial 30 minute telephone consultation.
• Two additional FREE support emails to be taken within four weeks of your original consultation.
• A copy of Millpond's book "Teach Your Child To Sleep" (RRP £9.99). 
• £75.

Our Solo Consultation                  

Our Solo option is for parents seeking a "one off" consultation. Perfect for parents who are suffering the effects of sleep deprivation as it will help to clarify points and steer you in the right direction.

It includes:

• A telephone consultation lasting up to an hour.
• A written report of your programme.
• £140.

Our Core Sleep Package              

Our Core sleep package is our post popular package. It offers on going support from your individual sleep therapist over four sessions. It includes :

• A telephone consultation lasting up to an hour,during which your child's sleep pattern is discussed and assessed.
• A tailored sleep programme developed specifically for your child, your family and your particular problem.
• A written report of your programme.
• On-going FREE email support, co-ordinated with your therapist, throughout the programme.
• Two further review calls to assess and plan the next stages of your programme.
• A final review call and discharge.
• £250.

Our Premier Sleep Package        

Our premier package is appropriate for the majority of child and baby sleep problems as it offers extended support for up to six sessions. We always recommend it for young babies under six months, who need extra help establishing a routine. We may also recommend it in medical or more complex cases. It includes:

• Everything in our core sleep package
• PLUS a further review call  
• PLUS a final review call and discharge 
• PLUS a complementary copy of Millpond's book ‘Teach Your Child to Sleep’ (RRP £9.99)
• £315.

Our Siblings Sleep Package

We offer a special six session package at a discounted rate for twins or siblings. Call our office to discuss prices.

Parents who have used us previously, perhaps for an older child, qualify for a 10% discount off our Core, Premier and Siblings packages.
